A great experience with excellent support and regular updates from my Sales exec Charlotte Attewell-Hughes. Very friendly, helpful service that made me feel important as a customer. Also both Sales managers came and spoke with me about my purchase.

Wanted car checked pending a very long journey. Very thorough on tyres and brakes, wasn't so sure how thorough (from the video) on steering and suspension. Thought toe-in might have been checked.

Emac plan and it's itemised date log of vehicle requirements does not give the true reflection (real time) of what is required, and therefore you could overpay on the plan! Not worth the paper it's printed on!

Receptionist at Hailsham is one of the best. Looks after you when you come in and ensures ok whilst waiting. She provides true personalised service. Service desk very good and helpful, always nice to chat with them.

Nearly perfect. The only thing knocking this down is that I replied to texts advising me the vehicle was ready. But I don't think they were read. I asked for the phev to be charged and it didn't happen and no message to advise.

I had a new wheel fitted, but after a couple of weeks, the balance weights fell off. This is a major inconvenience to have to get the car back or have a third party re-balance the wheel.
