The car was In for an oil and air filter change. Less than 2 weeks after the service I was driving to London and my oil light came on. When I returned home the amber oil warning light came on. I bought 1 litre of oil. I opened the bonnet....

The home collection service that you offered free of charge was a excellent service which is now chargeable. Having to take the car on a Saturday is a inconvenience when you are working all week and you loose your Saturday spending time driving

It was a recall, so I've been driving for over 4 years in a car that might catch fire. It's the same part fitted to some cars (but not mine) in 2018. I phoned Chandlers last year after seeing burning cars on Watchdog but was told mine was ok!
Looked after me really well and I'm happy with the experience.
The service took 2.5hrs and I had sufficient facilities to keep me amused with coffee and newspapers and staff looking after my welfare
Repair to water leak has not cured the problem and water continues to leak into the boot
Expert diagnosis.. all necessary work carried out and completed as advised.
On arrival was seen promptly and service carried out within expected timescales and car returned fully valeted
Derek and Darran sorted the oddities of dead batteries, use of auxiliary heating at point of low battery. Battery accepted charge when RAC failed and car is back to normal.

You liaised on our behalf to ask BMW to fund the air conditioning part without any prompting from us. Can't ask for a better service than that. It's was also lovely getting a clean car back.

Car booked in am and waiting for MOT. Icon on dashboard then showed SERVICE. Was advised I needed full engine oil change so arranged whole day. Service dept rang to say service unnecessary until next year. Car passed MOT.
Was left waiting for 20minutes after the receptionist told me to take a seat, but then didn't tell anyone I had arrived for a service. I then had to find another staff member to serve me after waiting.
As above - key is to be clear in your comms and meet my expectations - you did!

I took my car in for 1st service, drove less than 20 miles, warning on the car screen. 'Fill up with oil'! Oil leak, told it was an oil seal on the filler cap, I do not believe that.

The process broke down. If it had been done as advised I would not have been delayed. I was given a courtesy car though.
The guys in the service department were friendly, courteous and knowledgable throughout and made the experience hassle free by booking a courtesy car at very short notice to enable the warranty work to be completed
Water leak mostly fixed, we hope. Not sure yet. What was odd was to report that brake pads were very low, but not give me enough time to authorise that work before delivering the car back to me.
The final cost was as quoted. Car returned cleaned. Car available on time.

BMW Hailsham have always been efficient and helpful , However I would have appreciated a test drive as I was obtaining a different model of vehicles.
I decided to purchase the model as it fitted most of my criteria. I informed the sales person that I would need to use chains on the car as I ski. After purchase the owner manual tells me that I cannot use chains on the model I purchased.
