All staff and service was excellent by everyone, particularly Lee Portingale who was my direct contact during the work being carried out and his communication and service was fantastic.
My F25 is 40 months old and had water ingress on the reversing camera making it unusable. BMW contributed the spare part free of charge and I paid the labour. Jake Smith at Chandlers was very helpful and knowledgeable about the brand.
Very satisfied with the service I received also I would like to give Derek Ashworth a mention from arriving at the dealership to collecting the car he kept me informed as to the progress of the car, once again thank you Derek.

Excelent Covid protection procedures. Clear instructions and hand over procedures. The 30 minute session with the car guru was very enlightening.
I cannot fault them. Everything was made extremely clear. It was actually easier to find and buy the vehicle directly from chandler's than it was through any of the aggregator sites.

Great the car was in the hand over bay, minimal paperwork to do on the day as all done prior to the collection via email.
Had a couple of minor quality / build issues with the car shortly after delivery. These issues were quickly and efficiently resolved by the sales & service centre teams to my satisfaction.
Although the service was limited because of COVID restrictions we were well looked after.
