Tanya was helpful and polite throughout. The service failed to identify a gear box that 7 days later was in pieces, however Tanya contacted Bmw on our behalf and supported us in resolving our situation.
They team at Chandlers in Hailsham were great. Jake took notice of the problems I was experiencing with my car, he the relayed everything back to me to make sure he had understood and called me twice during the day with updates

I had booked in for a £20. clean too, but it was not properly carried out. The windows were left with brown smears and the boot had not been touched. Chandlers are now aware of this and will give me a a free clean next time I am in.
Derek Ashford dealt with the routine service and post-warranty repair in a thoroughly professional and helpful manner. His attitude and approach is to be commended.

I phoned & mentioned I had had a problem with the tyre pressure the day before the service, however when someone phoned me on the day of the service to see if I wanted to have my car washed they had not been given the message.

Everything fixed sorted and Adam Hamil noticed a few settings I hadn't been using like auto fold mirrors on locking and auto heat settings on seat and wheel. Had a bit more tutorial - spot on.

The service management are extremely efficient, the service engineers give a precise report via video. The only downside is the hourly rate of £115 per hour +VAT .

Don't feel as though the service is any different from any other franchise's I've been in. Not to say the service is bad, the staff are efficient enough.
All of the jobs which needed to be done, were done.The car was returned to me washed and cleaned when I was asked whether I would like to have done. A first class job of that was made as well !
Arrived and seen straight away, informed that my car would be ready at a certain time and it was 15 minutes earlier. Car came back clean and I was able to complete my transactions quickly and effectively

The service delivery, courtesy and the ability to undertake it while I waited ( 1hour ), avoiding a trip to deliver the car and retrieve it by my wife and myself in 2 vehicles was excellent. BUT the service book was not stamped !
Told on the phone that i needed to replace 3 out of 4 tyresRefused to return my car (had been collected) as it was unsafe to driveI took my car to a specialist and they advised none of the tyres needed changing and it was perfectly safe

Car dropped off at 8am on a Wednesday for brake discs and investigation on faulty boot. Expressed urgency of boot.Car not looked at until 1pm onwards, at which point part had to be ordered in for next day. Car still not fixed until Friday
Very good Reception staff. However there have been two occasions when faults have not been able to be rectified and require repeat visits to the garage.Very good to receive email and video of the checks on the car

So many dealerships feel the need to talk to customers as if it is their first car, with a very large hint of wide boy. NOT so Chandlers, courteous, efficient and normal in their approach. Almost a feeling of a family run business!!
Because it was picked up from my house in the morning serviced and returned in the afternoon, great.
All good except that I had to return the following day to have the car washed. It had been parked under trees overnight and badly covered in sap. Once the problem was pointed out however, the response by Emily could not have been more helpful.
They was very kind, punctual and scrupulous that I had all I needed in that day
Technician advised new brake hose may be required soon, but failed to spot severely corroded brake lines on both sides!

I asked if someone from sales would call me as id like to change my car and thought that as they had my car they could put some figures together for me. This didnt happen.
Would have been perfect if I hadn't needed to return the following day for the second tyre. Having said that I would add that dropping me at work and picking me up afterwards made it okay. Perhaps you could keep more tyres in stock if possible.

I dealt with two representatives initially firstly with Simon, who was a new member of staff, who answered my questions and obtained information for me very quickly which was impressive considering he was new to BMW.
As above - very good service from start to finish, especially from the salesman we dealt with (Tom Weaver) who was very responsive and a pleasure to deal with.

I've dealt John Payne before and his always service is excellent .The only minor point is that Chandlers have a superb new facility for an indoor handover which wasn't used on this occasion the keys were just handed over outside, which seemed a shame
