I booked the service online and chose a specific service based on what I could budget for that month. When at the centre the service that was listed on the work sheet was a full, and much more expensive, service.
Would have given maximum score but service indicator was not updated on the dash board and I have to return for that to be completed.
Very happy Chandlers was able to fit me in at short notice to undertake my end of warranty check. However I was promised a call back after it was discovered my alloy wheels have corrosion and whether these would be covered by the warranty. No call !
Service team and work were very good. Complimentary vehicle wash was mediocre.
Friendly efficient staff, loyal customer recognition.

the time taken was rather more than promised
No problem with the service /MOT - Car Valet more dissatisfied as I paid for the additional valet and the car windows were not clean and the bodywork had streaks .
My car was collected and returned at the times stated and was very satisfied
They carried out an additional service requirement to save me another appointment in a month or and were generally extremely helpful.
Every endeavour to be efficient.

When I rang to book the first service I was told I did not have a service package despite buying this from the company. However this was quickly sorted out and everything went fine from then on.

Car had to go in three times in total to fix the issue for a total of 2 weeks. The whole process from initial booking to completion took nearly 2 months. I also still have a rattle from a speaker which I was told had been replaced

Disappointed that having had the car for two days, it was handed back without being washed & vacuumed. Why was it necessary to change the seat position to something resembling the layout of a deck chair?
Again, couldn't ask for more. You can tell they work extremely hard and are being managed by someone who clearly knows what they're doing!

Disappointed with the service plan sold when I purchased the car. It has been referred to the sales manager but no answer received yet.
The problem was solved and each time the car got washed too - saved me a lot of time.

Service at Chandlers is never in doubt
The security camera model 1 had to be replaced due to a fault. Should have been advised what software etc was required by my phone to use the new model. Unable to set it up at chandlers in the time available. Not a product I would recommend.
Not always confident that service items are carried out correctly
It owed have been helpful for the service work to have been done while it was waiting rather than at the last minute (which we had to cancel due to time restraints)

Chandlers are very good, but have a history of not calling back when contacted. This has happened several times, including just prior to the recent service. A small point, but very annoying when it happens. Just takes the edge off excellent!

There was a very irritating rattling sound emanating from the front of the car when my vehicle was returned following the service. When I returned the vehicle to the BMW garage the problem was sorted effectively and efficiently.
The service department was very professional and accommodating. The fault with our car was quickly identified and then booked in for rectification. The whole way through we were kept updated and Chandlers dealt with everything regarding the warranty.
Good service but disappointed with car not looking clean after having it for 2 days. Meant to have been cleaned.
It was only a light bulb but they cleaned the car, checked tyres and brakes and look after us well.
I strayed to Cooper in Tunbridge Wells for my last car GM14 ADU and have absolutely no complaints about that dealership in any way - but the design of the premises and location are dreadful certainly compared with Chandlers.
The car was ready early and costs as expected

Additional time spent in the showroom to clean the car. Cleaning standards were very poor, I normally use Cooper BMW in TW but have recently moved to Eastbourne, a much higher standard at Cooper.

Poor experience earlier in the year.Fairly satisfied rating - as issues took 4 months to address. Broken spring was missed on 2 separate checks & only found after the 2nd check during MOT on same day.However, Customer service level greatly improved
I've started experiencing long delays at the reception desk before someone will acknowledge me and on one occassion left the building when I wasn't seen after 15 minutes. One of the reasons for buying a BMW was the initial reception desk contact.
The vehicle I sent in for a cosmetic repair was delivered back to me to an unacceptable standard - after a delay to the quoted time for the job. In addition it cam back with more issues than it went in with. The vehicle is still not up to standard.
The service and follow up call were fine and what I'd expect from BMW. The gent had a personality too which was good. (Maybe there's someone who could train the girl who answered the phone in the morning?)

if my MOT hadn't been free I would have been more dissatisfied.
They could have pretended something more costly needed to be done but minimised cost to us and dealt with the issue at the first visit.
Only had a recall repair work undertaken by Chandlers and that was good.However was disappointed that an invoice wasn't issued as evidence that the recall had been done for my records

They knew straight away what the problem was likely to be (they were correct) , it was sorted promptly and they kept in touch to let us know what was happening.

As above, however the service team did all they could to assist me when I was at the centre even arranging a lift home when they couldn't find a courtesy car. Tanya Whitlock from the mini team went above and beyond.
The service was a bit rushed as there is not enough engineers as I was informed.
Everyone was helpful but It was very disorganised when I returned at planned time to pick up my car.
Tom was very helpful and gave us time to take things in . Very informative and did exactly what he said he would do . Service that day was excellent
