I have always been completely satisfied with Chandlers, but on this occasion the car had not been cleaned, despite the fact that it was with you all day and the service itself took about two hours. I was told that I could bring it back another day.
Sorted my issue with my app not pairing up to the car and alignment of bonnet sorted so very happy. 1 week was a long time to sort it through.

We did not have to wait on arrival and the staff were very efficient and gave the impression that nothing was too much trouble
There was a glitch in the service I recently received when, instead of having to wait 2 hours for my car to be serviced it was 3 hours. In between BMW employees' staggered lunch times I was forgotten, as my documents did not get passed on.
The only thing that made it better was the young guy who tried his best to settle another mistake.

I was not warned about these fault codes DTC: 4390,Boost temperature sensor; signal too high/low, open circuit / circuit malfunction DTC: 41F2,Activation, electric fan DTC: 4A18,Alternator mechanical fault DTC: 4A66,Power management......

V good on service side by engineers. Waiting 20-30mins on a call these days is amateur & unacceptable. Last year it was 40mins. Waited 20 mins twice I was then not put through, had to redial & wait again. Need to improve reception service

The sales team of Barry Tyrrell Curtis and john Payne are first class.the sevice department are outstanding in making sure you kept informed on what's happening to your car.abbey has been a star and the technician who sorted my fault out.
No obvious information on range of cars available as something to pass the time while waiting for the car. A bit boring.

The problenm was a software issue which took several hours to rectify and unfortunately there are still some issues that need sorting out

One simple thing - such as tyre pressures was not fully addressed despite being advised that it had. Consider the lack of confidence this gives to a customer

Fantastic support from beginning to end from Steve Packer and cannot complain about anything from the service received from any of the team.
Sometimes the customer service is not great. . Can't get through to the local service department . When messages to call back are left, no call back is received . No courtesy vehicles available at the moment
The cost of the work was not discussed before the service... It came as a complete and expensive surprise
Friendly & prompt service
All went well except it would have been useful if the service agent had warned me BEFORE the update that some (looked like all) the settings would be deleted. I was only told on collection that this was the case!

It is almost impossible to speak to the individual dealing with your issue although I think members of staff owning an issue is brilliant. Often phone calls are not returned and second or third calls are necessary to get through.
With the actual work done by the service department; completely satisfied. With getting in touch with the service department without having to speak to three different people in a contact centre; not so good.
Everything went to plan
Booked but not on list Courtesy car not ready, replacement did not have Sat Nav so go lost returning In for the day (Friday) told it would be Monday but got back Tuesday. Informed on way back Monday! I live in Purley! Eddie really helpful

My main reasons are given above. I own an immaculate second hand 118i, and will never afford a new one, the owners of which are probably most feted and looked after in your flashy depot.
BMW servicing arrangements as Chandlers have been outstanding and have accommodated my diary requirements always.
Job was done and the car was cleaned.
I turned up at the garage at the time I said I would to collect my car from it's service only to find it hadn't even been started. Also I had to call 4 times to get a quote for a broken fog light. I finally got a quote which was ridiculously high.
Courteous and efficient staff
They did not spot the problem when I took for service.
Responsive and friendly service. Arrived unannounced with problem and within an hour was on my way in a courtesy car - couldn't have asked for more.

I dealt with James Copper on the Service Department. A true credit to the dealership and why I will continue to use Hailsham over my local Chandlers. If only more staff were like him!

I asked for prices for new tyres as these were highlighted on my service documentation. 2 weeks later I'm still for a quote.

Derek was super helpful and didn't just simply check all the boxes for the service as some were done last year. Went the extra length to answer a couple of tricky questions re an older car

Excellent communication! An email the day before confirming the appointment was a nice touch and I was kept informed of progress throughout by Ainsley who did a sterling job.
I was quoted an hour's labour charge which I disputed at the time. the labour came in far shorter than an hour, however my dealership revised the original quote and I paid less so ultimately satisfied.

ordered car through carwow at a distance as local dealers to me won't match or get near. wanted a simple online purchase and collect car and that's what I got! John Payne at Chandlers Hailsham answered any questions I had promptly so recommend him.
I wanted to score this Completely Satisfied, as the salesperson we dealt with was very helpful. However, when we took delivery of the car on 6th April we did not notice that the car was actually damaged! It had a small dent on the bonnet.
All in all a very pleasant experience delivered by a great team.
