Excellent when you eventually get through. The phone was never answered and you could be on hold for ages and then cut off. This aspect was atrocious.
First class dealership with excellent customer focused staff throughout the whole organisation.
I would have liked more slower time having the controls explained.The tyres were wrongly pressurised by one bar I found out awhile later.Closing the car bonnet experience not as easy as the book indicates I had to drive in and be shown how to do it.
Very helpful, efficient staff and service engineers who I trust to look after my car. They kept me informed of the work that needed doing and what was involved and, on completion, my car was washed and sparking clean ready for collection.

Poor communication difficult to get hold of and could not tell me what the service light was for until after it was booked in. Did listen to my complaining however and knocked £20 off the bill as they could see how ridiculous the situation was .

Chandlers Hailsham BMW were great. They are kind, friendly and aim to achieve whats required. The service manager James Copper was outstanding. Had it not been for him, I might have lost interest in the BMW brand. There needs to be an army of him!

Fault with my car, BMW Hailsham fitted me in the same day and were swift to diagnose the fault. The great part was even though my warranty has just expired they covered the cost of the repairs on goodwill. I am so overwhelmed by the generosity.
