Resolved the issues effectively
My fog light was cracked and I was advised during the video sent. Disappointed that no details where sent on the cost to replace. I would have had this done save going back into the garage.
On this occasion my service history wasnt updated causing me to make a second visit.
The car had to be returned the next day due tio an oil leak caused by a loose oil filter housing. This suggests the service was not adequately overseen.

Service team were very courteous and kept me informed as the work was done. Initially though after the first 4-days I went to pick up my car only to find that the leak was not fixed so my car was retained for more investigation.

When I visited the service department to arrange a repair, and the service was excellent. Unfortunately, when I returned to have the work carried out, the service advisor could not find my appointment and blamed the previous advisor, which I disagree
When the service and the MOT were completed, I was sent a video illustrating any issues with the car and what need to be done to rectify them; in this case, tyre wear.

Everyone very polite but I was kept waiting a long time while lots of staff appeared to be doing very little. I was simply collecting my car having received a phone call telling me the (warranty) work had been completed. It took almost an hour.

The work appears to have been done correctly (springs upgrade) but the tyre pressures were not correct fly adjusted after they were swapped from front to rear. The car was not washed or valeted after it was offered and agreed with reception staff.
Every thing went well except for the bloom left on the windscreen from whatever had been used to clean it. Driving home in the dark was difficult because of the flare from oncoming lights. Iv tried to get it off with demineralized water.
The service staff Tanya and her colleague were welcoming, professional and helpful. In addition there was an additional item which arose from the visit (winter health check), which I requested to be done and this was fitted in immediately.
Always polite and helpful, happy with the updates with my vehicle status when taking it in for a service.

Tanya was helpful and polite throughout. The service failed to identify a gear box that 7 days later was in pieces, however Tanya contacted Bmw on our behalf and supported us in resolving our situation.
They team at Chandlers in Hailsham were great. Jake took notice of the problems I was experiencing with my car, he the relayed everything back to me to make sure he had understood and called me twice during the day with updates

I had booked in for a £20. clean too, but it was not properly carried out. The windows were left with brown smears and the boot had not been touched. Chandlers are now aware of this and will give me a a free clean next time I am in.
Derek Ashford dealt with the routine service and post-warranty repair in a thoroughly professional and helpful manner. His attitude and approach is to be commended.

I phoned & mentioned I had had a problem with the tyre pressure the day before the service, however when someone phoned me on the day of the service to see if I wanted to have my car washed they had not been given the message.
I was kept well informed of the progress of my order at all times
John Payne was great with the hand over of my new car, very informative letting me know all I needed to know.
Excellent service as usual
Everything was fine until the handover. At that point So much time was consumed by administration that the only induction was a brief demonstration of autonomous parking. Not at all sufficient.

Although our main salesman was very good, any email queries as to the late delivery of our car were not dealt with whilst he was on holiday
I dealt with two representatives initially firstly with Simon, who was a new member of staff, who answered my questions and obtained information for me very quickly which was impressive considering he was new to BMW.
As above - very good service from start to finish, especially from the salesman we dealt with (Tom Weaver) who was very responsive and a pleasure to deal with.
