It was only a light bulb but they cleaned the car, checked tyres and brakes and look after us well.
As usual they performed to a very high standard.

I've started experiencing long delays at the reception desk before someone will acknowledge me and on one occassion left the building when I wasn't seen after 15 minutes. One of the reasons for buying a BMW was the initial reception desk contact.
The service and follow up call were fine and what I'd expect from BMW. The gent had a personality too which was good. (Maybe there's someone who could train the girl who answered the phone in the morning?)

Poor experience earlier in the year.Fairly satisfied rating - as issues took 4 months to address. Broken spring was missed on 2 separate checks & only found after the 2nd check during MOT on same day.However, Customer service level greatly improved
The vehicle I sent in for a cosmetic repair was delivered back to me to an unacceptable standard - after a delay to the quoted time for the job. In addition it cam back with more issues than it went in with. The vehicle is still not up to standard.

They could have pretended something more costly needed to be done but minimised cost to us and dealt with the issue at the first visit.

Only had a recall repair work undertaken by Chandlers and that was good.However was disappointed that an invoice wasn't issued as evidence that the recall had been done for my records

The service and staff were extremely professional and courteous. When my car was damaged in their hands they resolved it without argument. However the delay in returning the vehicle was way longer than it should have been and caused me inconvenience.
I cannot comment on all the service as my car was picked up and delivered. I found this part of the service satisfactory and the communication good. The car had been cleaned inside and out and this was appreciated. I liked the video assessment.

I have always been completely satisfied with Chandlers, but on this occasion the car had not been cleaned, despite the fact that it was with you all day and the service itself took about two hours. I was told that I could bring it back another day.

There was a glitch in the service I recently received when, instead of having to wait 2 hours for my car to be serviced it was 3 hours. In between BMW employees' staggered lunch times I was forgotten, as my documents did not get passed on.
Professional and friendly service
Mainly seemed too busy to have time to focus on customer care and only really got moving after I made a fuss. Eventually reduced the service cost to £400.00. Not an acceptable outcome.
The only thing that made it better was the young guy who tried his best to settle another mistake.

I was not warned about these fault codes DTC: 4390,Boost temperature sensor; signal too high/low, open circuit / circuit malfunction DTC: 41F2,Activation, electric fan DTC: 4A18,Alternator mechanical fault DTC: 4A66,Power management......

V good on service side by engineers. Waiting 20-30mins on a call these days is amateur & unacceptable. Last year it was 40mins. Waited 20 mins twice I was then not put through, had to redial & wait again. Need to improve reception service

No obvious information on range of cars available as something to pass the time while waiting for the car. A bit boring.
