I had booked in for a £20. clean too, but it was not properly carried out. The windows were left with brown smears and the boot had not been touched. Chandlers are now aware of this and will give me a a free clean next time I am in.

All of the jobs which needed to be done, we’re done.The car was returned to me washed and cleaned when I was asked whether I would like to have done. A first class job of that was made as well !

So many dealerships feel the need to talk to customers as if it is their first car, with a very large hint of ‘wide boy’. NOT so Chandlers, courteous, efficient and normal in their approach. Almost a feeling of a family run business!!
