Took a big argument for them to properly diagnosis an oil leak it was from crankshaft oil seal
The member of staff who dealt with my requirements was very thorough & professional, he spotted me at reception and called me over knowing I had to get away by a certain time. Very good service.

there was a disagreement at the service desk as I was told I would have to pay for my M.O.T that I new was free for five years as it was a new car.
Fault diagnosed and repaired in one visit. It is a pleasant experience to visit the showroom and service centre.

Quick efficient and return clean and tidy
Very accommodating since I had to travel over a 100 miles. Chandlers were able to reschedule my mot at short notice due to their ramp being out of service.

As recorded aboveI was not correctly advised on how long car would be in for at the time of booking and on the day the was delay / miscommunication on when car would be ready.

I arranged to pick up an i8 for a 24 hr test drive 2 weeks prior to test drive, When I arrived to pick up the car , salesman said they thought I was coming the following week . Luckily the car was available but in a filthy state . I washed it .
Because you seem to use service staff that are not experienced enough. You serviced my car, told me how much tread I had on my tyres but didn't tell me they were under deflated by quite a lot....though the car didn't warn me either.

They mess about every time my car goes in
It was routine although I was told my break pads were worn . But when I pointed out this was a new car with just 3,000 miles she checked and was wrong
We put our car in for it's first Mot and because we were going away and needed to tax the vehicle whilst abroad Chandler surprised us by doing the first service at the same time.
On each occasion I have visited Chandlers, I have found the staff to be friendly, courteous and very professional. The explanations of the work carried are always very clear and I found the video if the health check very useful.
