Sales Executive

We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Sales Executive to join our Hailsham dealership. The successfull candidate for the role will be expected to achieve sales targets, contribute to the development of plans, policies and procedures and all the mean time ensure customer service is upheld to the highest standards.


Responsibilities:

  • To manage the Enquiry Management process systems ensuring maximum customer retention through the efficiency of service and effective delivery and hand-over of vehicles.
  • Develop and maintain full knowledge of all products, accessories, prices and key factors of the major competitors, to participate enthusiastically in the BMW Product competitions.
  • Handle all customer queries and ensure they are resolved in a professional and timely manner to uphold customer and Company expectations.
