The members of staff were all very friendly and efficient and the car was completed in a timely manner. I particularly liked the video e-mailed to me whilst I was still at the dealership giving me an overall commentary of the condition of the car.

The main issue I attended was not resolved. Say nav not loading.
I was not advised of the cost before. I waited 10 minutes before being seen then waited again as loan car keys had been misplaced. Promised car wash & vacuum but this didn't happen. Seem somewhat disorganised.
Charming staff who looked after us well. We were never subjected to over zealous sales tactics, but always made to feel that our custom is important. In particular 2 employees- John Payne and Matt Quarrington - were helpful, efficient and attentive.

The only aspect that prevents full marks have been the series of faults with the x3. They have been fixed but car has only done 8k miles!

Would be a five, but they haven't managed to fix a Bluetooth problem (can't be just my phone, as it happens on three different handsets)
I received a complete engineers report via my mobile.
The work done on my car was, as far as I am aware, fine. However I find that the "next service" indicator on the dashboard has not been properly re-set as it shows my next service being due in March 2018 and is showing in red as being overdue.
Overall service was very good but at no point was I told I would be charged for a standard scope service as part of changing the brake fluid.

Prompt health check to car , no hassle service
You usually pick my car up from my office in Hastings, but I was told I had to drop it off this time as you needed it for a 2 day service so I would need a hire car. When I got there I was told it would be ready same day so my journey was wasted.
I went in to have brake pads change. But they said once the car was up on the ramps it also needed disc as well so the job took alot longer. It was booked for hour and half. I was there a total of 4 hours !!!
Always a good job done
They made the effort to ensure the warranty work was carried out to fit in with my diary. The car was collected from home, the work carried out and returned to my home having also been cleaned inside and out. The drivers were pleasant and courteous.

Completion of recent work delayed until next day and had to phone to see if the car was ready. It would have been nice to have received a call to tell me without me having to phone.

The price that I paid was competitive; the work was very well completed; the service agent was excellent; time taken for the work was the reason I didn't give 5 stars.
Dipstick not refitted properly so oil sprayed over engine,so had to go back to be cleaned off and topped up

MOT was done in time slot as agreed and car came back clean. Lose a star for cost of replacement tyres being about 33% higher than market including home fitting.
As before William Butler is an excellent asset to bmw.
