I would have liked to have had the service done before the MOT ran out, but apparently this cannot be done on a service agreement. Not sure why, and haven't received a sensible reason from BMW.

My car is quite new and needed reprogramming due to that model having an issue with the automatic braking. Chandlers knew in March yet failed to mention it to me in May when i booked my service. At the service in June they had to rebook for it.
When I bought my car from Hailsham BMW it came with a lifetime MOT ,so when I was charged for it And got home i realised I shouldn't have been ,I phoned back,someone was suppose to ring me ,back no one did ,4 calls from me ,day 3 I spoke to some 1

Fantastic sales support. On service - not so good. Even the 'free' monthly wash left mud on the sills and fly marks all over the front!
All round efficient.
Paid the additional £20 for the full valet of my a car and when my wife collected the car it was not clean. The door shuts and rear seats were dirty, as was the glass.

The service interval record wasn't reset at the time of the annual service .This meant on the 1st June I had message to advise car required a service. I had to visit a BMW/Mini Garage to get the reset done.
I was told that I could arrive early and put the keys through the letterbox as I had to catch an early train. I did this but there was no letterbox and I had no way of identifying the key drop box so I had to miss my train (and a meeting) and wait.

The service member of staff, Derick was excellent but the oil service and warranty work took 2 days, my car had been test driven by someone who obviously drove it as fast as they could and sterring wheel was covered in oil. All bodywork scratched.
Because Chandlers manage to overcome problems and understand veery well how to help customers with theirs.
I have had repeated visits to effect a repair to a continuing repetitive defect - I only hope that this is the final time my car will need to visit a garage for the same problem

I had to call to find out when I car would be ready. I asked to keep the old tyre which had been removed from the car, but it had already gone, the car when driven back to my house had been driven in sport mode and had not be driven considerately.
James was excellent, always great service and would highly recommended the garage! James at MINI was equally as helpful when we had some questions in regards to the MINI

I was advised that it was only an oil change and told it would take 1 hour took I hour and 55 minutes which meant that I had to rearrange my appointment. I was very unhappy about the lack of update.
I am pleased to be able to say that the problem with my car now appears to have been fixed. There was an annoying noise/rattle from the tailgate. The car had been into Hailsham before but he problem was not resolved. Please thank the service dept

I felt that with the exception of Emily Robinson and John Payne no one in the centre values my custom. The centre is disorganised with departments clearly not communicating with each other. Telephone messages left with reception are often ignored
Staff are always most helpful and welcoming. I will have to see them next time I am passing as the message is still appearing that a service is due in May 2017!

The service provided by the Hailsham team is excellent.
The car came in for a technical recall item change, we were advised by one of your technical team there was a scratch on the bumper when he checked the car. We were asked if we would like the scratch to be polished away. We agreed to this. See below*
There was nothing to complain about. Taking delivery of the new car was well handled, and the only slight hitch was a delay in providing the accessories ordered and agreed. But this was remedied within the week.
The car was dirty when it was returned having been in for a fault, which was unexpected.
I phoned on 2 separate days and asked to be put through to service dept. which, I was told on both days was busy and they would call me back no one did. I then had to send an email to arrange a date for the service I got a reply 2 days later.
Very happy with the service provided.

I commend the young man who assisted me in my purchase. The circumstances surrounding my test drive, which incidentally never took place because there was no car available, were testing to say the least. At all times he was courteous and helpful.

Very knowledgeable people, specially Ashley was able to answer all my questions and "show how" (not his department) to drive and use all new updates on the car, really polite and intelligent young men.
I feel like one I had put the deposit down on my car, emails would take a lot longer to receive back from my salesman. And once I picked up my car, I had no reply from the emails I had sent them.
