Staff are always very helpful.At Chandlers (Hailsham) the staff are always attentive..Special mention should be given to Emily Holman (Service Advisor) who is a great asset to Chandlers with the service she gives.Always very pleasant & helpful.

The staff took the time to communicate well on all aspects of the work being done and when completed.
I went in to have brake pads change. But they said once the car was up on the ramps it also needed disc as well so the job took alot longer. It was booked for hour and half. I was there a total of 4 hours !!!

You usually pick my car up from my office in Hastings, but I was told I had to drop it off this time as you needed it for a 2 day service so I would need a hire car. When I got there I was told it would be ready same day so my journey was wasted.

They made the effort to ensure the warranty work was carried out to fit in with my diary. The car was collected from home, the work carried out and returned to my home having also been cleaned inside and out. The drivers were pleasant and courteous.

Completion of recent work delayed until next day and had to phone to see if the car was ready. It would have been nice to have received a call to tell me without me having to phone.

MOT was done in time slot as agreed and car came back clean. Lose a star for cost of replacement tyres being about 33% higher than market including home fitting.
