From day one, reception was warm and welcoming. Unlike the experience we had with Harwoods Landrover in Lewes. Our continued visits are always met with that same warm welcome.
My car had a new battery fitted and my car cleaned all while I waited in the comfort of the reception with a cup of coffee.
We have used Chandlers at Hailsham for all our servicing and purchases, and have been completely satisfied with the garage and the staff.

What can I say - work and service completely to my satisfaction.
The car was taken in regarding a query problem. It was given a thorough check and no problems found. This was not a scheduled visit, but the service couldn't have been more efficient.

I was contacted about the upgrade. Then I was telephoned with the precise pick up time. Car was then collected and returned. Further email from service engineers kept me updated.

Chandlers (Hailsham) were unable to resolve one problem which apparently relates to a BMW design issue. Otherwise OK. I have contacted BMW about the design issue.

Despite a glitch with the software caused it seems by an overnight update, Toby and the team kept me informed at all stages how my car was getting on. Toby also managed to get me and my 12 year old son access to the adventure park opposite.
The initial up front meet and greet and the service staff were very friendly and professional, however it took 3 visits before the noise coming from the car was identified and fixed. I was not fully satisfied by the explanation of what happened

With the staffing levels as they appear it seems inconceivable that there should be any delays when I arrive or when I pick up my car for servicing. But there were unnecessary delays at the beginning and end. I didnt appreciate a mini as courtesy car

The person handling my service was not onsite when I arrived, albeit I was a few minutes early, although I was looked after by someone else. It was actually the Sales Manager who offered and made me a cup of coffee on arrival.

The level of customer service given is lower than other dealers I have used. Theres always a sense that they just want to make more money out of you rather than resolve your issues. The exceptional ones make money without making you feel fleeced.
Its been pretty average. Since purchasing my car no one has given me a courtesy call. I picked up my car with barely enough fuel to get me home, even though you said you would provide me with a full tank.
Continually trying to upsell the service from that which was booked. Trying to push additional unnecessary work.
For the reasons given above. I was also told that my vehicle had 3800 miles until it requires a full service only to find upon start up that this is indicating 1800 miles. didnt get very good answers.
When I got my car back my bin and wind deflected which had been in situ we're " dumped on the back seat" Furthermore my pre sets had been lost I called and was advised They should of been put on a USB saved and uploaded When upgrade was complete.
Finally found a good dealer that I am happy to service all my BMWs. The service, the staff and the end product are all excellent. Bought a used approved and have never had a 2nd hand car so well prepared.

I had to get a lift back out to BMW to collect my vehicle. It was picked up by BMW from my work on Tuesday, with the assurance of return by 17.00. I was still waiting in the car park at 18.00 for its return
Derek is a credit to the service team. I was kept up to date every step of the way with the repair of my vehicle and he had an answer to every question which I asked.

unfortunately, when I booked my car for its service it was not made clear that it was a week too soon and the representative had to clear this with head office. fortunately it was confirmed and the service was carried out satisfactorily.

I was supposed to have a courtesy car which had been overlooked but was driven to my office and the car returned to my office when finished. So that was all fine.

Chandlers requested the car to address two recall issues. Despite emails to Matt Barnes and Barry Tyrell Curtis, notes made on the pickup drivers documents, telephone conversation with workshop reception an estimate for bodywork repairs was ignored.
There was an unusual fault with my just-out-of-Warranty car. Chandlers Hailsham lent me a lovely sporty BMW while my car was being repaired, and arranged that BMW would pay most of the bill. I am amazed and delighted. Steve Booth was brilliant.
Have a coffee, read the papers knowing my car is in excellent hands. Everything extremely efficient.
They did the MOT and the final 3 year service delivered my car back to my address as I requested. All has gone very smoothly with no issues

Once a suitable car was actually allocated to me (initially another car was agreed but then became unavailable which was frustrating) then the service and communication was very satisfactory.
Everything I wanted to know was explained thoroughly.
Straightforward process, helpful salesman. He has suggested we return in a week or two to be briefed on some of the new technology in the car compared to our previous BMW.

I was misinformed about delivery dates , insurance policies and options. I was promised phone calls but got none, the car had a broken windscreen when I first saw it and the hand over was disgusting, I was shown where it was in the car park and left.
