I was late to Apt due to traffic and is wasn't a problem. They said an hour and half and it was. Also my cars was clean when I collected it which was great.

There was a problem with my car which could have been dealt with at the time of service. Instead the car was returned to me leaving me to follow up / chase the issue and return the car at a later date.

staff are very helpful and sympathetic to my criticisms of the vehicle,but with a quality brand and purchase price, these faults should not be present. for these reasons, I would not consider purchasing BMW in the future.

Intermitted problem not repeatable at the service centre so not solved. Problem has returned. But no complaints about the professionalism of service staff. Delighted that the car was washed and valeted on its return
I usually receive a phone call/ email reminder a few days/ week before any service is due but on this occasion I did not.The one txt that I did get the day before my visit told me to expect to be greeted at the door but this greeting did not happen!

The repairs were done while I waited. I was fully informed of what needed doing and the cost. The staff were very helpful and welcoming.
Scheduled service + u/g to navigation system. Received call at 08.50 on day to confirm that service/navigation u/g was going ahead. Received call at 16:15 confirming nav u/g had not been ordered. Did not get car back until nxt day. Inconvenient.
Job was done even though they couldnt find the booking
Service was ok, i had a fastlane appointment but did not really get any indication on time. Also now got a small note on my MOT for a chip in the windshield which was already on the car when purchased and was told nobody knew about it.

Quoted an hour to do The software upgrade, but having arrived at my 10am time slot, wasn't impressed at leaving the dealership at nearly 13.30pm.
Good progress reporting on the vehicle when in for work. Staff are welcoming, polite and will dedicate time as required. Check in was a little laboured last time (despite the fact that I arrived at the agreed time) other than that very pleased.

Chandlers were able to service my car on the same day as I booked it in. A business trip was arranged short notice and I needed my car serviced quick sharp.
The person I contacted about replacing the tyres was not very helpful - I wasn't given a price and when I asked about what options I had regarding brands, etc I was told the same brand would be used (with no explanation).
My E46 M3 was in for a recall to upgrade the airbag system . It was given a complimentary health check by one of your technicians who confirmed that mechanically it was sound , this was after work undertaken by myself and independent technicians .

BMW again failed to update the service record sheet kept in the manual binder in its rightful place in the boot.
Happy to give 5, however my car was recalled in for a 'quality enhancement' which was actually a fault. I would ask you to say what you mean and not use euphemisms.

My car had a new battery fitted and my car cleaned all while I waited in the comfort of the reception with a cup of coffee.
The car was taken in regarding a query problem. It was given a thorough check and no problems found. This was not a scheduled visit, but the service couldn't have been more efficient.

I was contacted about the upgrade. Then I was telephoned with the precise pick up time. Car was then collected and returned. Further email from service engineers kept me updated.
Although the estimated service duration was exceeded I was happy with the end result. Although the cleaning of the car could have been better

Chandlers (Hailsham) were unable to resolve one problem which apparently relates to a BMW design issue. Otherwise OK. I have contacted BMW about the design issue.

Despite a glitch with the software caused it seems by an overnight update, Toby and the team kept me informed at all stages how my car was getting on. Toby also managed to get me and my 12 year old son access to the adventure park opposite.

The initial up front meet and greet and the service staff were very friendly and professional, however it took 3 visits before the noise coming from the car was identified and fixed. I was not fully satisfied by the explanation of what happened
With the staffing levels as they appear it seems inconceivable that there should be any delays when I arrive or when I pick up my car for servicing. But there were unnecessary delays at the beginning and end. I didnt appreciate a mini as courtesy car
Steve Booth was as helpful as ever and the ambience and general service standard is high.The telephone answering system is impersonal and the text confirmations inaccurate.
Happy with the service, only down side, no service record to keep for when you decide to change vehicle.
