My car was in for a rear light replacement due to warranty claim because of excess condensation in the light, I struggled to get this work authorised by Bmw UK. More details in my comments below.
The Team at Chandlers Hailsham are exceptionally helpful and friendly. They work really well as a team.

Tyre pressures all different on return
it was not offered a spare car to me during the service which was few hours long.
With the actual work done by the service department; completely satisfied. With getting in touch with the service department without having to speak to three different people in a contact centre; not so good.
It is almost impossible to speak to the individual dealing with your issue although I think members of staff owning an issue is brilliant. Often phone calls are not returned and second or third calls are necessary to get through.

Booked but not on list Courtesy car not ready, replacement did not have Sat Nav so go lost returning In for the day (Friday) told it would be Monday but got back Tuesday. Informed on way back Monday! I live in Purley! Eddie really helpful
Everything went to plan
They have always been very good and make the experience a positive one every time.

I turned up at the garage at the time I said I would to collect my car from it's service only to find it hadn't even been started. Also I had to call 4 times to get a quote for a broken fog light. I finally got a quote which was ridiculously high.
BMW servicing arrangements as Chandlers have been outstanding and have accommodated my diary requirements always.
My main reasons are given above. I own an immaculate second hand 118i, and will never afford a new one, the owners of which are probably most feted and looked after in your flashy depot.
They did not spot the problem when I took for service.
Responsive and friendly service. Arrived unannounced with problem and within an hour was on my way in a courtesy car - couldn't have asked for more.
I dealt with James Copper on the Service Department. A true credit to the dealership and why I will continue to use Hailsham over my local Chandlers. If only more staff were like him!

Excellent communication! An email the day before confirming the appointment was a nice touch and I was kept informed of progress throughout by Ainsley who did a sterling job.
I was quoted an hour's labour charge which I disputed at the time. the labour came in far shorter than an hour, however my dealership revised the original quote and I paid less so ultimately satisfied.

Tire check sheet indicated all tires ok, whereas rear left has a chunk off rubber out of the sidewall. On questioning advised tyre not ok. Promised wash not done. Following day promised special wash. Rubber mats left full of water, dirt still under
Your technicians failed to notice a nail in my tyre which resulted in a second visit when the computer said low tyre pressure again

They carried out and MOT test but did not reset the service indicator.
MOT booked for 15.00 - arrived before 15.00 Car not even moved until after 15.30 Almost 2 hours... No problems that need to be resolved.

I think a charge of £143.57 inc vat for replacing four spark plugs is rather excessive to say the least. Also my car was returned with all four tyre pressures altered to more than 40 psi. The front tyres standard pressure is 32 and the rear 35.

I was in hospital when the service fell due and was unable to take he car in for its service. The Service Department were very flexible in arranging for a pick up and drop off in a convenient time slot.
Delivered my car for a new arm rest under warranty. Waited whilst completed but the car wasn't started on for 30 minutes after arrival.

Again answer as above, however the system seems to have had gremlins this time! I received the keys to someone elses car which was brought around for me to drive away in, and my vehicle was not actually quite ready for collection, as I had been told

Again all very professional and friendly not like some car dealers that can make you feel pressured. I am always welcomed when I walk in whether that be to buy or just have the car serviced.

They try to get the service done as quickly as poss so you don't have to wait too long and it is then returned clean and sparkling.
If there is an issue with your car they will always address this while you are there.
I was recently charged for a software upgrade for my nearly new M4. I disagree with having to pay for an upgrade on a vehicle that is still in warranty that didn't address my complaint, then told that no information avavailable about the upgrade !!!!

ordered car through carwow at a distance as local dealers to me won't match or get near. wanted a simple online purchase and collect car and that's what I got! John Payne at Chandlers Hailsham answered any questions I had promptly so recommend him.
I wanted to score this Completely Satisfied, as the salesperson we dealt with was very helpful. However, when we took delivery of the car on 6th April we did not notice that the car was actually damaged! It had a small dent on the bonnet.
All in all a very pleasant experience delivered by a great team.

The purchase was smooth, however they couldn't accommodate my preferred collection time of a Saturday afternoon, stating that all new cars had to be handed over by 9am on a Saturday. Friends of ours picked their car up on a Saturday afternoon

I made a big mistake and bought a Mercedes. Having realised my folly I tried to a deal with Mercedes on a better model. I went to Chandlers BMW and they beat the deal hands down on a better car and took the Mercedes in part exchange at a better price
