I was in hospital when the service fell due and was unable to take he car in for its service. The Service Department were very flexible in arranging for a pick up and drop off in a convenient time slot.
Delivered my car for a new arm rest under warranty. Waited whilst completed but the car wasn't started on for 30 minutes after arrival.
Rectified my complaints to the best of their ability
Been going to Chandlers for the last 21 years and wouldn't go anywhere else. Great service every time and nothing is too much trouble.

Again answer as above, however the system seems to have had gremlins this time! I received the keys to someone elses car which was brought around for me to drive away in, and my vehicle was not actually quite ready for collection, as I had been told

Again all very professional and friendly not like some car dealers that can make you feel pressured. I am always welcomed when I walk in whether that be to buy or just have the car serviced.

They try to get the service done as quickly as poss so you don't have to wait too long and it is then returned clean and sparkling.
If there is an issue with your car they will always address this while you are there.
I was recently charged for a software upgrade for my nearly new M4. I disagree with having to pay for an upgrade on a vehicle that is still in warranty that didn't address my complaint, then told that no information avavailable about the upgrade !!!!

The initial visit - On collecting the car, I had to wait 25 mins until a service adviser dealt with me. The return visit for fitting of a replacement part - No problem this time, I was dealt with swiftly and efficiently.

Staff make me feel uncomfortable. They speak down and never take the time talk through issues. They assume everyone knows the mechanics of their BMW inside out and if you don't you are made to feel stupid

Resolved the issues effectively
My fog light was cracked and I was advised during the video sent. Disappointed that no details where sent on the cost to replace. I would have had this done save going back into the garage.
The car had to be returned the next day due tio an oil leak caused by a loose oil filter housing. This suggests the service was not adequately overseen.
On this occasion my service history wasnt updated causing me to make a second visit.

Service team were very courteous and kept me informed as the work was done. Initially though after the first 4-days I went to pick up my car only to find that the leak was not fixed so my car was retained for more investigation.

When I visited the service department to arrange a repair, and the service was excellent. Unfortunately, when I returned to have the work carried out, the service advisor could not find my appointment and blamed the previous advisor, which I disagree
When the service and the MOT were completed, I was sent a video illustrating any issues with the car and what need to be done to rectify them; in this case, tyre wear.

All done by the time as promised and all explained etc. Let down by valet service inside and new tyres not equally filled with air.

It would be a 5 - but there were delays with the reg transfer late in the day
I made a big mistake and bought a Mercedes. Having realised my folly I tried to a deal with Mercedes on a better model. I went to Chandlers BMW and they beat the deal hands down on a better car and took the Mercedes in part exchange at a better price
Quick easy and got the product I wanted.

Excellent service as usual
Everything was fine until the handover. At that point So much time was consumed by administration that the only induction was a brief demonstration of autonomous parking. Not at all sufficient.
